TKC Construction works out of Charing Cross, in the middle of Chatham-Kent. Most of what we put up is within half an hour of the shop.
We build the structure ourselves and bring in concrete subtrades we have worked with for years. The schedule stays with us either way, so there is one person to ask where the build is at.

How a Build Runs
Five stages, in this order, on every project.

Site Visit
We walk the property, talk through what the building has to do, and check access, drainage and setbacks.
- 2
Quote & Drawings
A written, itemized quote with dimensions, spans, door sizes and finishes. Engineered drawings where the build requires them.
- 3
Permits & Prep
Permit drawings submitted to Chatham-Kent. The site is prepared and the concrete subtrade is scheduled to form and pour the footings and pad.
- 4
Frame & Enclose
Posts or steel set, trusses flown, purlins and girts run, then roof and walls clad and sealed.
- 5
Finish & Walk-Through
Doors, trim and interior work, then a walk-through of the finished building before we leave the site.
